Select this option if you are interested in a rent-reduced unit through Seattle’s Multi-Family Tax Exemption (MFTE). These homes are income-restricted and offered at below-market rents to qualifying households. Best for renters who: 1. Have a household income at or below 40%-85% of Area Median Income (AMI) **Restrictions apply**. 2. Are seeking a more affordable rent option based on income. 3.
